Advice, Por Favor

Right, so I just got word from a friend of mine that she's going to marry her boyfriend. Now, he's a really cool guy, and is pretty much the ultimate Mr. Romantic Boyfriend, so I'm not too worried about them getting along.

BUT, he's in the military, she's just finished her first term of college, and they're avoiding telling their parents.

Needless to say, bad idea. She can be a bit touchy, though, and I don't want her to get pissed off and make REALLY bad decisions. Any ideas how I can approach her about it?
