If you leave ham out in the fridge or on the open counter, usually time is a pretty cruel mistress. I wouldn't suggest it.
If you shoot an older, wild hog, chances are the meat is going to be not as good.
Likewise, if you munch on a wild hog such as the terra speciman, you'd die within 2-3 minutes. That of course depends on your will to survive.
