It's about a totally fucked up guy who seems to have a lot of enemies, according to the number of assassination attempts in the movie. Weirdly, all the assassins shoot harpoons out of their sleeves, while the main character uses some sort of a hi-tech telescopic spear which causes trees to explode.
The main character also has a son, who is bullied during the movie. The son also knows kung fu and ends up beating his bullies over and over again, yet he still thinks that he must earn their respect somehow.
The main evil of the movie is a Freddy Krueger look a like, who is invincible, mostly because of rather hilarious looking "metal tank" which makes him look retarded.
The best thing in the movie was definitely how the kung fu was like everywhere. Hell, the heroine even sewed clothes using kung fu!
She also tried to seduce the hero countless of times, but no kung fu sex is shown in the movie
Definitely one movie that everybody should see
