He yelled at me from out his window while he was driving by "HEY DO YOU NEED A RIDE? HEY, HEY YOU. YOU NEED A RIDE?"
I just looked at him confused, HOPING he didn't mean what I thought he did. He turned into the parking lot, parked right behind me and started to wave me in, and gestured to the back of his van several times with one hand, then the other, then both, where the seats were laid out like a bed.
There has been a huge crackdown on prostitues in the past 2 weeks, so I think he assumed that since I was wearing something that covered most of me that I was a prostitute, and not because it was raining.
I kept my hood on, waved him away, and he stayed. He honked lightly and contiued to make more animated gestures. I ignored him and he went away, where I wrote down his plate number just in case.
