Homeland Security has asked for some information from people flying here from Europe. So they can make a file they can keep for 15 years. Europe has agreed to it. Asian and Africa will be presented with similar "requests" soon since EU agreed to it.

What info is in these files?
religion
sexual preference
credit card numbers
medical history
Political affiliation

Of course this will only be used in case of emergencey and will be destroyed after 15 years but it's still info no one has the right to without warrants if you ask me. My grandpa said he;s not stopping by America till they fix these stupid policies.

How? Isn't this unconstitutional? not really cause these people aren't Americans and we collect it BEFOR they set foot on American soil.
