Honestly, this won't prevent much in the way of terrorist attacks because the cameras themselves wouldn't be able to take action, but it would help investigations.
I do believe these programs, as any government program, need strict watchdogs. But, this itself isn't a violation of any Amendments.
My problem is numbnut's hypocritical reactions to this sort of thing.
