Old Nov 22nd, 2007, 03:43 PM        I AM EATING A TURDUCKEN TODAY :O
Today will be the first time I get to try a Turducken for Thanksgiving. This should be interesting, especially because, one of the general rules in my life has always been to not eat anything that has "turd" in the name. Still, at least it's not a bustergophechiduckneaealcockidgeoverwingailusharko lanbler.

The final bird is small enough that it can be stuffed with a single olive; it also suggests that, unlike modern multi-bird roasts, there was no stuffing or other packing placed in between the birds. This dish probably could not be recreated in the modern era as many of the listed birds are now protected species
