How could someone act in this movie? How do you respond when a director goes: "And... she's biting off your wing-wang wither her hoo-ha... NOW! SCREAM! SHE'S BITING YOU! ACT SURPRISED! YOU'RE IN INTENSE PAIN! IT'S GETTING GNAWED OFF!"

HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR THAT ROLE!?
