Enough about Microshock. He's not in the event, so nobody has to worry about his so-called gifts. End of story. Move on.
As for participants outside of the United States - we do allow you to join in the Secret Santa fun and try to pair you up with somebody outside of the United States as well, just understand that you may need to pay extra for shipping your gift out. But hey, 'tis the season for giving 'n all, so that shouldn't be an issue anyway.
