Eh... old buildings fall down and turn to shit, sometimes no matter how much you try to maintain them. The engineering building here at UofM was like that, ironically.
It's typically stuff build in the '50s and '60s that does it, too. Modern buildings are too new to know whether or not they will crumble, and the old stuff ('20s and earlier) was all build out of solid fucking rock.
