Hahahah this is awesome. I was reading through that thread a couple weeks back and started feeling sad that this part of the gift never showed up. I figured a lighter with everyone's favourite Chairman would be appreciated - as well as the neat green flame! I had a coworker translate it a while back. It reads something like "To serve the people".
