True. There was an old lady at my work yesterday who bought over $50 worth of scratch tickets in 15 minutes. She would wait in line over and over again, just so she could get her losing tickets checked (just in case she missed something!
) and then she would blow another $10 on a new handful.
She didn't even play the damn tickets properly, either. She just scratched everything off and got back in line. :/
