Omfg Jeanette. I am eternally grateful for this blessing. Its like I can sort of reset myself by flexing the pc muscle now when I do it. And I just started this routine too, so more to come I guess.
I just don't like gloves. I feel kinda like I'm cheating. And they only moderately decrease my calices. They'll still remain somewhat even if I wore em. :/
