i was reading jixby's thread about the Lonely Island site, and all the really funny movies they have on that site. i started thinking about it, and we should make our own films, and then vote one who has made the best film.
i think we would need someone to host them, possibly to format them (i think achimp would be a real winner for this task, or some other nerd
)and should make an agreement on maximum length and such for contest purposes.
would anyone want to participate?
if anyone is intersted, and we can get someone with the proper equiptment to properly digitize the films willing to help, i see this as a possibly fun contest.

if we get enough people willing to play, i will handle the setting up the deadlines and getting a SHORT FILM CONTEST PREMIER NIGHT, and after the first month we can all review how the contest went, refine the process, and try to make it a monthly project.
