The sad part is, I was homeschooled my junior year and because of that I both learned twice as much as I ever had in school and made it twice as difficult to get into college. :/
School is government mandated daycare. It has little or nothing to do with learning. That is a job of the individual, and unfortunately the youth of my generation is more concerned with instant pleasure than education. So am I in far too many respects.
