Libertarians
Actually it doesn't surprise me that Santa Cruz is packed with Libertarians. I live pretty close to there myself and most of the people I know from that area (hell most people I know) just want to be left alone to live their lives. Adults....responsible....all that jazz.
CA may predominantly vote Democrat, but I think that is going to be changing fairly soon. People seem to be swinging more towards Republican just to get the taxes off our backs. Most working Californians are sick and tired of paying for programs we don't qualify for because we are working.
