I don't think she's talking about branding; just using a similar technique to get the inked design under the skin all at once... correct me if I'm wrong Doopa... Anyway I'm not sure how possible it would be for you to get the whole pattern evenly under the skin at once so that it would look good, but my guess would be not very. The result of branding is the scar, so I'm not sure how uniform it would look putting ink underneath burnt flesh, or if it's even possible. But there's somebody here who certainly knows a lot more than me on this.............
