I don't test very well under those kinds of conditions. I never liked being timed. Whenever I'd take a normal test in school, sure, there was a time limit because the class was only an hour or whatever. But it's different when you know you have your normal window of time to work in versus someone standing over you with a stopwatch.
I certainly wouldn't call an 1100 abysmally poor. 1000 is the average. Yes, an the SAT's measure nothing, except how good you are at standardized tests.
