Actaully if you want to get technical there are many laws against riding bycicles while intoxicated. Under New York State law, a bycicle is considerd a motor vehicle without the restrictions of licensing. Go-carts, riding mowers, dirt bikes, mini bikes, horses, etc. are all considered vehicles while being operated on public highways. Operating anything while intoxicated on a public place or road is against state law. If you want to get really technical I can't even WALK there because thats public intoxication.
