It is however a complete disregard towards the legislative branch of our government. Many conservatives in the House and Senate have also complained about this White House's propensity to "go it alone" and forget that we have three branches of government.
Of course dipshit Blue dogs like Zell Miller will endorse Dubya no matter what, but these conservative legislators have egos that probably surpass our executive's. This White House needs to be more responsive, or it will shoot itself in the foot....
