So I don't fit your definition of Christian. I certainly know that I don't agree with everything in the Catechism. So what! Have you any thoughts of your own?
Descartes believed in an energy that exists beyond the utilities of the body, by which our free will is spelled out and we continue to exist beyond death. Some guy in the 20th century called it "the ghost in the machine". I suppose that's a satisfactory starting point for consideration, Bubba.
