This story doesn't answer key questions.
1.) Did the ship eventually enter American waters?
2.) If so, are they being prosecuted?
3.) What has become of the illegal cargo?
4.) At the time of the original arraignment, did the justice department have information that the ship was indeed carrying illegal cargo, and if not, why did they go ahead with the original indictment?
5.) Who assigned this case priority?
