OK, seriously though, I can't relate. However, I know what you mean. There's a sense of guilt there, that you made her feel bad over a misunderstanding that never got cleared up, and it's probably been so long that to bring it up now would just be really awkward.
So, yeah. Bring it up, and apologize and clear everything up. She'll probably think it's no big deal, and might not even remember it. But she'll be touched that you remembered and cared enough to feel bad and apologize after so long.
