Dude, I know exactly what you mean. Since school broke for the semester two weeks ago, I haven't done shit. Haven't worked out, haven't picked up the guitar much, and my apartment is a disaster. All I've done is play the goddamn XBOX.
It's like, if I'm not running constantly from one thing to the next, BAM! Instant lethargy.
