WTF do you mean pop your jaw, you mean that clicky noise that it makes when you open and close your mouth?
I have that, its cause by TMJ or something. I don't think you can cause your jaw to lock. It would be impossible, because the joints in where your jaw attaches to your face, near your cheekbones, are out of place. Thats what causes the clicking noise.
I went to go see a oral face surgeon or something guy and he said to learn to ignore it, because to fix it they have to open your head and fiddle with things. And I can't afford that. I bet they would give me a prescription for some killer drugs for a few weeks though.
