Jim Duncan, NBC12 Richmond's number one weather man pops into the scene. He looks around, then looks at the sky, and back to his Doppler radar.
"Today, I'm calling for large amounts of stupid, with a chance of gay."
Pulls out his NBC12 Richmond umbrella, and uses the pointy end to stab UPC through the eye, pulling his eye out and then eating it.
