You and your significant other could dress up as Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky. You'd have to wear a blue dress with a stain that really stands out, beret, and wear a black wig with straight hair. Your significant other could dress up as Bill, but he would probably need a mask. He should wear a suit. He could leave his fly open.
