I have no fucking idea but I'm with you, I'm trying to figure out the same thing. The only bad thing is that there's about five new TPBs out that I found at Borders and each one of them runs $18 and is thinner than nothing else.
I think online is the way to go. I might polish off the Preacher collection first before I go this route.
