One thing is for sure. Since we've come so far with civil rights it is simply not possible that this statistic has anything at all to do with the color of their skin.

Nor can their poverty have anything to do with their skin color, or their level of education. Any corelation between their lack of drive and skin color is out of the question.

Therefore this data must be flawed. Becuase we're well past all those porblems. If people who are coincidentally black can't pull themselves up by their bootsraps in our colorblind society it must be their own fault, and random at that.
