Matt Harty - Vice President, Engage Asia and Engage Australia
Matt is the vice president of Engage Asia and Engage Australia, a position he took following Engage Inc.'s acquisition of Space Asia Media Ltd. Matt was the co-founder and Chief Media Officer of Space, an independent Internet advertising company which he and Colin McIntosh established in January 1998 in Hong Kong.
As vice president Matt, directs Engage's core technology offering throughout the region and the company's extensive relationships with advertising agencies in the region, direct clients and other media buyers in Asia.
Prior to joining Colin McIntosh in starting Space in 1998, Matt worked for more than six years for Reed Elsevier plc, a subsidiary of Reed Publishing, where he held a number of management positions covering Greater China sales and marketing. Previously, Matt worked at Butterworths as part of the senior sales team. He has also been the project director for a United Nations publication World Aid Yearbook, produced on contract by InterVisual Advertising Limited in London.
