But if you just scratch it you would obviously only be exchanging it. I don't wan't to exchange anything, I want my god damn money back in my wallet where it was born. I only made this thread to start some conversation, I been doing this shit for years as well. But this is the first time I had to make it look as though I never opened it. I used to just say my computer didn't have enough ram, or my video card was shitlisted in the readme.txt and I had no way of knowing that when I bought it, but now they scrutize the packaging. Every time I go to return software to wal mart the say the same thing "technicaly were not supposed to accept software because of copywright problems." However when I ask what kind of problems they quickly change the subject. (because the customer service rep is a retard.)
