That's not exactly trivial. Seuol is a city of 10 million people and NK has expressed a willingness to turn it into a "sea of fire". We also have troops within range of artillery along the DMZ. We could win a war in North Korea but it would be a meat grinder.
I wonder if North Koreans realize that Bush could lose the next election and whether they would resort to demonizing the next administration or telling their children that Bush is still in power.
