Wilhelm Reich is bad ass, I liked his writings on ORGONE energy... if memory serves he had a journal about actually being able to change the weather and disperse clouds by using Orgone energy.
Also, he said orgone energy comes from your body as well, and if you move your finger tips past eachother(facing eachother) trying to feel the energy-- without letting your fingers actually touch-- you can feel it. Then after that, he said to practice trying to feel the orgone energy that comes "out of" your eyes.
After that, you begin sweeping your visual orgone energy across the surface of a cloud, cutting it up into small pieces, and eventually(after it is cut up into sufficiently small enough pieces) you can "Absorb" the cloud, and it will disappear from the sky. It's called cloud busting, I have a friend who's done it a few times... the trick is finding the right clouds.
