How extensive work are we talking about? If there are about five different templates to choose from, I can probably squeeze some out. If there's supposed to be one blank template with a big set of elements (windows, doors, posters etc) to choose from, it's a bit too much for me to take on right now.
But yeah, Helm is the way to go if you can find him and he has the time.
