MVC TOURNAMENT

When: sometime on the weekend, we'll figure it out

Rules: 1. One character to a person, first come first serve (no secrets unless runout of characters) IN singles you can pick whatever extra partner you want.

2.Honor system, since we cant spectate the fights we will work on the honor system. It's best 2 out of 3 in each fight.

3. Mode has to be Manual and the Speed is on Normal.

4. Winner gets an title for them to use on their sig/avatar. (i know the prizes suck)
