Maybe the concept of someone getting hit with a tire is funny, but it would be a video of some kids doing it. Wouldn't be a natural occurance like a racecar crashing, a tire going flying and hitting a guy.
And if they died it wouldn't be funny at all, what if it was someone close to you?
