It's completely fake. Whoever's behind it put some actual effort into it, though. They submitted a fake Press Release, and then claimed that the "Mainstream Media Slowly Accepts my Return." Then it automatically got picked up by Yahoo! News.
On the off chance it actually is Kaufman, I'd have to say I'm disappointed. I prefer him dead then doing something as crappy as this.
