It is possible that Bubsy 3D was made as an "anti-game" to scare people away from videogames forever, because that is what it did to most who played it. They spent so much money on the development aimed towards shittyness, that they only had enough money left for 10% of the textures needed; which was perfect since their solution of a single bold color only furthured them to their goal. So when they paired that up with the unresponsive, buttfucked up controls where moving across the room was a morning-long marathon of controller abuse, they created a majestic work of shit.
PS, don't give this to someone as a joke. You will get punched in the face, just as I did.
