I'm not a fan of anything larger than C and even then, they need to be perky or it's just weird looking.
I'd say get them reduced. But make sure they look full or you'll be doing more harm than good.
Also, like someone said earlier, take pictures ahead of time. I'm not saying to send them to anyone at all, but I know I'd want "before" pictures if I was getting any sort of cosmetic surgery.
