It's really tough to keep away from crap that infest the computer. I wipe mine out everytime I have to use a Kazaa type program. I've had some fucking crap that nothing will remove or remedy. All I can suggest is wipe the computer clean and start again if it gets bad. I have it down to a few hours to reload all my programs.
