Upon my trail on the dust pines of Minnesota in early June, I had come upon a misty creek where I made the camp. The smell of fresh summer dew filled my nose. While tying the last rope to the spike I caught my attention on a Black Bear digging his snout into the creek. My, My, what a time to be alive. It was the time of innocence.
