Wow, all you bastards looked real deep into the FF 7 story...
Maybe if you actually experienced some life outside of the computer and the video game world, you could identify with some more of what FF 7 had to deal with. Did other games have more in depth stories? Of course. Does most of these in depth stories relate back to a "save the world" concept? Yes.
Besides, if you want to play a a better RPG with a killer Storyline, play Sukidon (sp) 1 and 2.
