If you're really not leaving (and what a shame that would be if you did), you will need to fix your pic. And no, we're not blocking them, they're blocking people from externally linking their images. A very common thing for sites to do so people don't leech their bandwidth.
Save the image and host it yourself somewhere or find a different picture to use.
