Well, if my memory serves me correctly, the Clear Channel station (which I think was Air America) just showed up and started calling themselves "the mic: madison's progressive talk radio."
The local station already called themselves that, but I don't recall who initiated the lawsuit. I think the debate came down to whether or not the word "progressive" can be copyrighted.
