I think W is going to surprise everyone by going with someone not even on the radar.

Seriously though, I'm trying to imagine someone as inapropiatte for the Supreme Curt as Bolton is to the UN.
Is there anyone out there on record as opposing the Supreme Courts existance? Or at very least stating a constitutional belief that the Court is not a co-equal branch of government?
Hey, what about Roy Moore?
