You see, real anime fans think the English language is "uncool." They constantly speak in Japanese to impress you with their total lack of knowledge. For example, real anime fans would've said something like "I'm an Otaku! Kawaii! Pocky pocky wai wai!" Of couse, being an otaku is actually an insult, but anime fans like to claim otaku status because the Japanese language is so holy, and the English language is dirt.
