Vince. Just to make a point here. I AM impressed by the good Sergeant's action. But this sort of thing isn't going to happen all the time. Most of the time war is going to be dirty, bloody and awful. I realize you would just love to turn on your TV everyday to watch US soldiers doing somersaults as they leap from exploding trucks and gun down entire armies of terrorists while catching bullets in their teeth, but that's not real life. Who was naive on this board again?
This is an isolated incident and it made for a good story. Hell, no one died. The enemies just surrendered. It would've been perfect if no one had been wounded and there'd been no material damage. I personally would LOVE it if all war'd be like this. But it's not, no matter how badly you drill your troops to become rabid junkyard dogs.
