Quite frankly, I don't care who's fault it is.

Bullshit. You decided from the very beginning that you weren't gonna let them Bush-hatin', 527-types use this to bring down your guy. Of course the local and state governments are to blame, but there's a question of capacity and capability. There was only so much, both budgetary and logistically, that the city of New Orleans could've done for a class 5 storm, for example. That doesn't pardon nagin or any city level incompetence, it simply means that the blame goes all around, perhaps even to the White House.
You claim that there's "more and more eveidence" exonerating Bush. Where is it? Because I've seen Max post some pretty incriminating things, things that make Bush look stupid, unprepared, and insensitive to the situation.
And also, you piece of garbage, be a man for once in your life. When you say " Some blame is also on the people who stayed behind," you mean that YOU blame those who stayed, despite any inability to leave. Remember, the "kiss your ass good bye" sign over the city? So aside from the fact that many who have criticized the evacuation plan noted that transportation failed the poor that day, you still blame those people. Oh, but wait, there's no class issues in America, everybody is equal, and the Bush administration rocks.

The only reason conservatives have to go in and play the blame game is because liberals and power hungry race mongers decided to jump into it head-first. Fuck those people. I wish liberals would care more about helping the people that were victims of this horrible tragedy then trying to score points by blaming Bush.

You are fucking worthless, and you're ignorant. Was Newt Gingrich simply deflecting liberal criticism, or was he making a valid point about our nation's first-response capabilities? When the president himself ackowledged that there was quite certainly a relief failure here, was he simply playing the "blame game," or was he pointing out legitimate failures?
And as for liberals not caring about helping those effected-- You can go to fucking hell. Americans from all over the spectrum have donated cash, resources, and their time to those effected. The only difference is that conservatives seem really big about proving it somehow, so would you like to show us your receipts, Vince? Planning on a big write-off next year?
