They stop the nuke prgram and open their borders to our products and ideas. The change won't be overnight, but its going to happen sooned rather than later.
I think you're right, but isn't this on a slightly diminished scale from what had been expected? After N. Korea announced their program and their intentions, wasn't President Clinton derided for taking a pusillanimous stance such as this???
