no, to the best of my knowledge warner bros. is giving it up, that means that other studio can pick it up because Warner bros. were being pricks about the movie. There are plenty other studios who're waiting to get there hands on this movie so hopefully it will result in us seeing this movies sooner than if warner bros. would continue to be pricks about different titles and posters.
